John Outridge is a Consultant with vast experience with Digital Transformation, Enterprise Content Management and Payment Systems. He was recently a Consultant to the Government of T&T tasked with transforming the Public Sector through ICT in specific relation to developing a road map and proof of concept for electronic payments for Government services. Previous to this he was a at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where his areas of focus were Data Analytics, Document and Information Management and Governance, Digital technologies and ICT. He also served as a Technical and Strategic Advisor to the Magical Experiences Ltd Group (TRIBE, BLISS, Harts and Lost Tribe) in terms of developing and implementing growth strategies for the group in the areas of strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to this he founded a digital media firm providing advisory services to organisations in terms of establishing a digital strategy. He has worked with clients such as; Toyota Trinidad, Kiss , Unilever, Massy Motors, Cinnabon, Cocoa Cola Trinidad , Miss Trinidad and Tobago just to name a few. He has also provided advisory services in terms of designing and creating mobile strategies for ; Machel Monato, Destra Garcia, Ravi B, Keshorn Walcott, Triniscene, Digicel, Bmobile, The National Petroleum Company and the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago.

John Outridge - IT Expert

Vice President – Corporate & Investment Banking RBC Caribbean In his current role Andrew manages a diverse portfolio of clients comprising central governments, companies in the energy sector, family-owned businesses, publicly listed companies and state owned entities in the Dutch Caribbean and Trinidad & Tobago. He has been with the RBC Group for the past 15 years where he spent most of his time in the Investment Banking Unit leading origination and distribution activities across several industry categories including ports (air & sea), infrastructure, medical service providers, telecommunication and utilities. A chartered accountant by profession, Andrew spent several years in the Accounting & Advisory industry with stints at EY and PwC throughout the Caribbean. He holds a Masters of Science in International Finance from the University of the West Indies – Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. In his spare time he is the Treasurer of a non-profit organization associated with community development and is an avid sports enthusiast.

Monica Nwabugo Oranugo is an Intensive Care and Emergency Nurse at the UZ Leuven Campus Gaithersburg, Belgium. Born in Warri, Delta State in Nigeria, she was privileged to migrate to Europe in 2003 where she studied and got her degree and specialization. Monica got her bachelor degree in Nursing from Katholic Hogeschool Kempen Turnhout (presently called Thomas More Campus, Turnhout) in 2009. After working as an emergency nurse in AZ Turnhout for a couple of years, she went ahead to further her study, and became an Intensive Care and Emergency Nurse, at UC Leuven, Limburg, in 2014. The journey to success for Monica as an international student, and currently as a professional has been filled with challenges, but still remains inspiring and educative at the same time. Her heart goes out to everyone who might be trapped on his/her way to success. She has a soft spot for young ladies because of some challenges she went through as a young lady seeking success in a foreign land. Monica McQueen​ is a Virginia native, serial Entrepreneur and Coordination Mastermind. Monica received her Certification in Wedding/Event Planning from Penn Foster Career School in 2013. She is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Management with a Minor in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from UMGC. She has eight years of administration, event planning and project management experience. She created her company, Kore-Dinate LLC after helping her friend with his music career, where she served as the booking manager. Jemmimah Wilson is a Senior Policy Specialist at the Office of the Prime Minister. Her focus over the past three years at this organization has been to develop and implement policies that enhance the quality of life for the most vulnerable groups, particularly children and women. Ms Wilson is an alumna of the University of Toronto where she completed an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree and the University of Nottingham, where she was awarded a Master of Arts Degree in International Social Policy. Her mission is “to help or at least to do no harm” — a philosophy that drives her to make a positive impact on the local level and wherever she is planted. One manifestation of this principle was the birth of her Non-Governmental organization, Propelling Young Ladies who Aspire to Redefine and Reinvent (PYLARR) in 2012. Since its inception PYLARR has supported and mentored over 100 at risk girls who were placed at the St Jude’s School for Girls for their care, protection and rehabilitation.

Adrian Theodore is cofounder and Principal Consultant of Theodore International Consulting (T!NC), a Consultancy firm focused on export development and recently held the position as Chief Executive Officer of Trinidad and Tobago’s Trade Facilitation Company (exporTT). Since Jan of 2016 he has also held the position of Commercial Director of a regional Group of companies. Adrian’s experience in distribution, Trade and export development spans 15 years, having held positions from Trade officer, Country Manager (posted in Guyana & Suriname), and Regional Export Sales manager for one of the region’s largest manufacturing groups. In these roles, he honed his customer-focused approach to effective change-management and has been an avid proponent of the power of Exponentialthinking. Adrian has also cofounded a charitable organization and continues to be deeply involved in helping young entrepreneurs and professionals to prepare for the emerging business environment. Shiva was a former Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Legal Affairs for 6 years during which period he obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London External Programme. He subsequently resigned from the Intellectual Property Office to pursue and complete the Legal Practice Certificate at Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom. Prior to his stint in the field of intellectual property, Shiva obtained his bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of the West Indies and has worked in the technical departments of National Flour Mills and Caribbean Chemicals and Agencies Limited. Shiva has attended several training programmes in the areas of substantive patent examination and trademark classification at the Intellectual Property offices in the Czech Republic, Austria and Switzerland and has acquired considerable experience and practical knowledge in research methodology which is critical to conducting trademark and patent searches as well as technology licensing and branding.
